BUSTEC International Bus Technology Exhibition was held from May 27 to May 29 with the theme of economy, quality, application, and environment-care. Sunwin, as the leader of environment-care bus technology in China, continued to apply the environment-care technology in the bus and improve the technology of energy saving and emission reduction on the technology platform of SAIC and Volvo to develop the high quality bus for citizens’ outgoing technology. This time, Sunwin took the new generation electric bus and Sunwin electric bus to this exhibition to show the latest bus technology towards citizens. 

    During the exhibition, leaders from Shanghai Pudong Bus and other customers as well as leaders from SAIC visited Sunwin station to look around the prototype. Mr. Gui Longming and Mr. Huang Zheng accompanied the guest and made the introduction on the products. At this exhibition, Sunwin got the prize of Contribution Enterprise in New Energy Bus Industry, Mr. Zhou Xinbo, on behalf of Sunwin, accepted the honor.

    According to the manager and director training plan formulated by HR dept. at the beginning of year, and with the theme of military training to boost spirit and cohesiveness, diversity training to open up mind and improve leadership, on April 18, the company held the first leadership training as rainbow class.

    With two little stories, Mr. Lao Zhixing showed importance of the training to the members. Mr. Gui Longming stressed the training should be a normal activity for company, and all leaders and director should attend the training constantly. And in this training, we established the team with managers and directors from different departments so as to make them create new ideas, and through this training, we hope the departments could cooperate more closely in future. The leaders shall not only manage themselves but also cultivate subordinates. Mr. Gui hoped members make thought during the training to have a new acknowledge of the company. And everyone shall seek for changes and innovation. 

    After the ceremony, the members stared their first course. Following, the second and third training will be held.

    The new generation electric bus developed by Green Bus is a green new energy product with the lightweight aluminum body and more than 250 continued driving mileages. The bus has such characteristics as high power safety, the unique power safety module can monitor complete bus power safety and eliminate the phenomena of landslide, high climbing ability, climbing capacity can reach more than 20%, high quality Li-battery, the C-ATL battery having the leading position in battery industry high reliable drive system, the speed asynchronous motor drive system providing more than 10 years lifetime, high water immersion safety capacity, the bus can wade through the depth of 0.5m pool and the key new energy system and parts reach IP67 water protection level, high body life, the aluminum body can protect the body from corrosion for more than 10 years, low power consumption, the electric consumption for complete bus reduced by 15% compared with the average level in the industry, the average power consumption for the bus is lower than 1.0kwh/km (in the condition of normal traffic with air-conditioner running). This bus is developed for promoting priority in public traffic, proposing the ideal of green outgoing with low-carbon, perfecting the citizens outgoing condition and improving the efficiency of public traffic.

    During the exhibition, Mr. Lan Qingsong, vice president of SAIC, Mr. Feng Yuan, director of SAIC Commercial vehicle technology center and other leaders visited Sunwin station to look around the bus. Meanwhile, leaders from Guanghan government, Huangdao public traffic corporation and Zibo public traffic corporation as well as other corporation visited Sunwin station specially.

    On April 8, Sunwin made 201rational proposal evaluation & 2015 rational proposal connector meeting with the participants of leaders from HR department, rational proposal team members, evaluation team members and connectors in all department and workshops, totally more than 20 personnel. 

    The meeting selected the excellent rational proposal project in 2014 and the evaluation team also put forward new requirement for the task in 2015, especially for the valuable and sustainable proposals, the team shall establish the project to make promote. Meanwhile, the meeting also announced to make the rational proposal activities in 2015 with the theme of my innovation task

    In order to improve employees’ capacity of fire-fighting and self-help and strengthen their attention to fire protection task, HR organized the fire extinguishing drill before spring festival. The fire extinguishing drill was held on Feb. 5 with the participants of company safety personnel, full-time firefighter, volunteer firefighter, storage section and body workshop totally more than 118 personnel. Meanwhile, the company also organized some safety personnel to view this drill and got a good effect.
    The target for this fire fighting drills was how to use the fire-fighting equipments and understand the method of emergency evacuation and rescue fighting in line with the    different condition and situation. With the lead of Mr. Tang Zhijun, the commander of this fire fighting drill, the full-time firefighter firstly introduced the usage of fire fighting equipment and the correct method to make fire-fighting then made the practice for example. Following the drill participants made the practice in line with the requirement to master the skill. After the drill, the safety section made the conclusion and organized the participant to make the exchanges and communication.
    Through this drill, we found there were still some problems in our companyTherefore, in future task, we shall strengthen employees’ abilities to use fire equipment accurately and improve employees’ overall capabilities to prevent fire accident so that we can eliminate the fire hidden troubles and protect the life and property safety and lay a solid basement for company’s good and safe environment.

 

    With the support of SAIC and company, the new generation electric bus EV11 project went smoothly and the 12m prototype in G6 stage has been finished. In order to display the project achievement and encourage the project team, the delivery ceremony of prototype was held on the morning of Feb. 13 with the participants of company leaders, department managers, and project team and department representatives.
    Before the ceremony, the company and project leaders as well as department representatives made the signature on the wall. Mr. Huang Zheng hosted the delivery ceremony and introduced the participant leaders and guests. Then Mr. Gregoire and Mr. Zhang Lichun made the speeches respectively, and showed the confirmation for the EV project and hoped this product could become a new product image for Sunwin and Green Bus. Mr. Gui Longming, Mr. Bengtsson, Mr. Lao Zhixing, Mr. Jin Xiaohui unveiled the prototype jointly. And Mr. Kan Weifeng and Mr. Lan Zhibo cut the cake to celebrate the successful achievement and delivery of the prototype. The participant leaders and project team made the picture and took the bus.
    The new generation electric bus EV11 prototype, with the total weight less then 12.5 ton, used aluminium alloy body. The development of the bus complied with SAIC GVDP process strictly so that the bus quality beyond the standard model and has the competitive advantage. Meanwhile, the bus also meets the demand of state new energy bus subsidy.
