On the afternoon of August 8, Mr. Yu Jianwei, vice president of SAIC Motor visited Sunwin service team in Nanjing to inspect the detailed works. Mr. Yu listened to Sunwin’s report on operation guarantee and operation schedules and showed the satisfaction for Sunwin’s rehearsal and plans before the opening of Youth Olympics Games, and he hoped Sunwin service team could keep efforts to ensure the bus operation safety during the Games.
    On August 3, Sunwin service team attended the official rehearsal of opening ceremony.

    On July 3, Mr. Zhou Bin, director of Nanjing Liuhe Traffic Bureau together with leaders of Nanjing Jiangbei government, Nanjing Public Traffic Group and Jiangzi Public Traffic Corporation, totally 14 personnel visited Sunwin to inspect the bus production . Mr. Huang Zheng, Mr. Kan Weifeng, Mr. Zhao Jianjun and other relevant personnel accompanied them to look around the Chassis workshop, General Assembly workshop and prototypes. And then Sunwin made the product introduction and exchanges with them.
    The 330 new energy buses which will be delivered to Nanjing Public Traffic will be used by Youth Olympic Games organizing committee to transport the games organizers including medias domestic and overseas. After the Youth Olympic Games these buses will be put into operation lines. So the quality requirement for these buses is as high as that for the buses used in Expo. And the customers inspected the buses carefully. The deputy general manager of Yangzi Public Traffic Corporation checked the buses particularly and the subordinated managers also conducted the bus inspection seriously. As for the problems issued by the customers during the inspection, Sunwin should make further improvement in future.
    In view of the rectification and problems put forward by customers, we hope departments and workshops put top priority to solve it. And the quality is the most important for these buses especially the safety. We shall ensure the buses delivered to Youth Olympic Games have no any safety problems.

    In order to support the development of Minhang district, as a corporation located in Minhang district, with the support and coordination of Mrs. Sun Yumei, Executive Vice Secretary-General of Minhang Commerce Chamber, Sunwin receipted the visiting and inspection of reserved leaders of Minhang district in two batches. Mr. Lu Yualiang introduced the company and products’ information and made exchanges with guests. Accompanied by the personnel of Production Dept. and Marketing & Sales Dept., the guests also looked around the general assembly production lines and Mr. Li Shaofeng, made the detailed introduction on bus general assembly.

    Recently, Shanghai Commerce Committee issued the certificate of 2013 Advanced Technology Enterprise with foreign investment to Sunwin officially. In line with the relevant laws and regulations, Sunwin passed the review and evaluation and became the qualified advanced technology enterprise with foreign investment again.

    In order to maintain the normal production orders in company and ensure the safety of company property and employee lives as well as cars and buses, the HR Dept. reiterated the management regulation for people and vehicles’ passing in and out company in line with company’s regulation and stressed that all the private cars need vehicle card to enter in company and all vehicles shall be checked when entering in or out the company, and the personnel entering in or out company also need relevant certificate.
    Meanwhile, in order to strengthen the fire protection in the circumstances of high output, HR Dept. also enhance the approve level for hot work and put forward the requirement on hot work management, hot work application, working personnel, inspectors and etc., and the company hoped all employees obey this regulation.

    As a large bus manufacturer, Sunwin shall pay more attention to fire prevention task during the production especially in the process of sealing and painting. In order to improve employees’ self-rescue ability and enhance their awareness of fire prevention, the HR Dept. organized a fire extinguishing drill on May 16, with the participants of company safety personnel, full-time firefighter, volunteer firefighter and contracted labors form body workshop, totally 25 personnel. Meanwhile, the company also organized some safety personnel to view this drill.
    At first, the full-time firefighters explained right usage of fire equipment and then the drill simulated the fire accident and the volunteer firefighters demonstrated the fire extinguishing skill. Meanwhile, the participants practiced in batches to master the skill. After the drill, the organizers analyzed the shortcoming existence in the drill and made participants exchange experiences.
    Through this drill, we found there were still some problems in our company such as the employees were unfamiliar with the fire equipment and employees’ respond abilities to environment of fire accident were still weaken. The exposed problems showed the employees’ deficient knowledge of firefighting.
    Therefore, in future task, we shall strengthen employees’ abilities to use fire equipment accurately and improve employees’ overall capabilities to prevent fire accident so that we can eliminate the fire hidden troubles and protect the life and property safety and lay a solid basement for company’s good and safe environment.
