    On the afternoon of Sept. 3, the experts of high-level coach evaluation team including Mr. Pei Zhihao and Mr. Yan Shaowei, totally 4 experts visited Sunwin. Mr. Kan Weifeng and other relevant personnel accompanied the experts to evaluate such coaches as SWB6110CG1 coach and SWB6120G1A coach. In line with the standard, the two coaches passed the high-level evaluation.

    On the afternoon of Sept. 3, Mr. Zhang Huizhong, Mr. Qin Bing and Mrs. Cai Xiaying, totally 13 experts visited Sunwin to make high-level bus evaluation for Sunwin SWB6128V8LF city bus. Mr. Kan Weifeng, Mr. Hans and relevant R&D and sales personnel accompanied the experts to evaluate the prototype. The experts evaluated the bus itemized in line with the standards and put forward some proposals on product development, process and manufacture. In the following conclusion meeting, the experts agreed the bus passed the high-level bus evaluation and suggested Sunwin make further improvement and perfects for this bus.

    Recently, Xinzhuang Industry Zone organized the safety production knowledge competition and there were totally 62 enterprises participating into the competition. Finally, Shanghai Sun Biology Technology Corporation got the first prize and Lanxing  Organosilicone Corporation and Shanghai Sunwin Bus Corporation got the second prize, Shanghai Jianke Technical Assessment of Construction Co., Ltd and Dakin Fluoro Coatings (Shanghai) Corporation and Evonic Industry Corporation got the third prize. Mrs. Yu Jing, on behalf of Sunwin, attended the competition.

    On August 13, 23 CNG buses were delivered to customer, Cixi Public Traffic Corporation on time. And this was the first time for Sunwin to corporate with Cixi. And the batch of buses delivered to Cixi was clean energy buses which meet the national V emission requirement. In order to ensure the punctual delivery, during the high temperature period, the employees worked overtime to ensure the order completed and provide the customer satisfaction answer.

    At the beginning of August, Nanjing Donghua Automotive Service Corporation purchased 10 10m coaches with the emission standard of National IV from Sunwin. These coaches will be used as the shuttle buses for SAIC MG. During this summer, SAIC MG upgraded 10 shuttle buses to provide a comfortable journey for employees’ commutes. With the support of SAIC, through long-term following and efforts made by sales representatives, Sunwin buses finally entered into Nanjing market.

    Since July, Shanghai suffered the continuous high temperature. And the leaders paid much attention to the safety production and required the company to make heatstroke prevention well through safety committee. One day in July, according to MC arrangement, Mr. Lundberg, Mr. Lu Yang, Mr. Lao Zhixing, Mr. Hans and Mr. Lu Yuliang and other department managers visited the production lines to provide cool things to employees.

    On July 26, Safety Committee made the high temperature special meeting. The meeting firstly delivered the company leaders’ requirement on heatstroke prevention and labor protection and concluded the safety production task in the first half year. Finally, the meeting arranged the task next step.
    According to current production situation and heatstroke prevention and labor protection requirement, the meeting required the departments and workshops shall carry out the safety production task well as follows: the drinks shall be provided to employees and the safety tour shall be strengthen in the production lines, meanwhile, the fans and air-conditioners shall be checked carefully to ensure the cooling equipment can be worked normally. During the continuous high temperature, the department leaders and workshop directors shall care for the employees and make rational arrangement for them.

Launch Ceremony of Sunwin Extended Range Electric Buses Was Held in Jiading   Launch Ceremony of Sunwin Extended Range Electric Buses Was Held in Jiading


    With the active promotion by Jiading District government and the joint efforts of International Automotive City Management Committee, Tongji University, Shanghai Power Company, Jiading Public Traffic and Sunwin, the extended range electric buses were put into operation in line 6 on August 20.
    Organized by International Automotive City Management Committee, the launch ceremony was held. Mr. Lu Jian, director of Jiading Transportation Bureau presided the ceremony and leaders from International Automotive City Management  Committee, Tongji University and Shanghai Power Company made the speeches respectively in the ceremony. Mrs. Fei Xiaomei, vice mayor of Jiading District announced the launch ceremony starting. After the ceremony, the leaders and guests visited the electric charging station and took the extended range electric buses.
    The 8 extended range electric buses with the characteristics of low noise, low emission and long driving distance were running in line 6. On the base of electric buses, the extended range electric bus added the power supply function, during the running, when the battery was empty; the engine will supply the power. So the technology can offset the weakness of short driving distance and avoid the frequent parking charging. The demonstration operation of these 8 extended range electric bus will play an active role in environment protection and promote the development of key parts industries.

Sunwin Participated SAIC Professional Health Knowledge Competition   Sunwin Participated SAIC Professional Health Knowledge Competition

    On June 14, the professional health knowledge competition organized by SAIC Safety Supervision Dept. SAIC Trade Union and SAIC Youth League was held in SAIC Training Center. The competition aimed to propagandize and popularize the professional health knowledge and laws and regulations and to enhance the professional health ideal for all staff in SAIC. The competition included relevant laws and regulations on professional safety and health, SAIC internal control of professional health and other professional damage protection knowledge. 
    With the requirement and support of Sunwin safety committee, through the organization and coordination of HR Dept. Trade Union and Youth League, the company selected Mr. Gu Guangxiong, Mr. Sun Yi and Mr. Xu Dong to participate the competition on behalf of Sunwin. Finally, with the efforts of three participants, Sunwin got the seventh place and excellent organization prize in this competition. On June 27, leaders of safety committee expressed congratulation to the participants.
