Mr. Li Yaojiang, in charge of documentation modification in Quality Assurance Dept., introduced the process of documentation modification and implementation requirements, meanwhile, the meeting made the special training on writing specification for ISO9001 procedure documentation and hoped all departments could in line with the requirements conduct the documentation modification and perfection.

Sunwin Organized Technical Training for Contract Employees Working in Production Lines On the morning of September 9, the primary training of bus assembly for the contract employees working in the production lines started. And there were 23 contract employees in production lines attending this training. Mr. Lao Zhixing, Mr. Lu Yuliang and Mr. Yu Zhiyu made the mobilization speech and issued the detailed requirement for them. This training included two parts of theory and practice and the training term will last for 4 months from September to December. Sunwin Nanjing Service Guarantee Team Got Success during Youth Olympic Games![]() On August 28, Nanjing Public Transportation Group presented the pennant of Service with fully-hearted and Contribute for Youth Olympic Games to praise the efforts and contribution Sunwin service guarantee team achieved during the Youth Olympic Games. For the 330 LNG buses running during the period of Games, Sunwim put into great efforts including manpower , financial and material resource to ensure the safety and attendance rate of bus operation. During the Youth Olympic Games, these buses realized the safety running distance of 1.32 million kilometer and shuttled athletes, volunteers and officials for more than 100,000 personnel. And the 85 service personnel from Sunwin service guarantee team provided the maintenance and service in three stations and the average worktime for them was from 5:30am to 23:30pm, meanwhile, the team also arranged the night duty from 23:30pm to 5:30am. The service personnel in Nanjing also conquered with the difficulties as simple repair facilities and tight bus schedule etc. and focused on LHG system checking to ensure no gas leak accident. As for the infrastructure, the service personnel also established repair workshop, transported the special facilities and tools to meet the demand of chassis checking requirement. Meanwhile, the personnel established spare maintenance bases in Shazhou workshop and No. 4 public traffic corporation, and for some large repair project, the buses would be moved to these bases. During the Youth Olympic Games, the operation time for the buses were very long and the buses came back to the parking lot was very late, so it brought service personnel great difficulty to inspect the LNG system. In order to ensure the safety operation of the buses, the team conducted pressure test for each bus every week and arranged personnel in two liquid stations to check the buses when adding the liquid. Meanwhile, combination with buses’ operation maintenance, the team used soap to make the leakage inspection for gas pipe joints at night to eliminate the potential dangers.

Sunwin Made Commendation Meeting for Advanced Individuals ![]() On September 14, Marketing and Sales trade union together with Aftermarket Service trade union made the commendation meeting to praise the advanced individuals. Sunwin Made Fire Fighting Drills![]() In this sumner, with the organization of HR Dept., the company made a fire extinguishing drill with the participants of company safety personnel, full-time firefighter, volunteer firefighter, totally 48 personnel. Meanwhile, the company also organized some safety personnel to view this drill and got a good effect. Through this drill, we found there were still some problems in our company such as the employees were unfamiliar with the fire equipment and employees’ respond abilities to environment of fire accident were still weaken. The exposed problems showed the employees’ deficient knowledge of firefighting. Sunwin Started Quality System Document Updating Meeting The existing ISO9001 quality system documents in Sunwin were formulated in 2003. with the development of company, adjustment of organization framework and the changes of customers’ requirements, these documents were lack of effectiveness and suitability. So with the demands issued by company production quality committee, from the second half year, with the leadership of Quality Assurance Dept., the company will upgrade the ISO procedure documents. Because the writing and revising of the programs belongs to different departments, each department shall make cooperation together. Therefore, on August 11, the company made the starting meeting with the participants of each department manager and relevant quality system contract person.
During the meeting, the Quality Assurance Dept. introduced the ISO programs upgrading project plan, the overall process and matters to be attention. Mr. Wu Guoping expressed the Quality Assurance Dept. would take this opportunity to upgrade Sunwin’s quality system document and pay more attention to segments such as person, machine, material and etc. And the company hoped all departments could make cooperation together to conduct this project. Mr. Lao Zhixing said the modification of the documents would be involved many departments and there would be inconsistent proposals among departments, so Quality Assurance Dept. shall make efforts to coordinate the departments to reach a consensus. As for the difficulties arising from the implementation, the Quality Assurance Dept. can provide the support. Meanwhile, the Quality Assurance Dept. can make report to MC timely to get the support.
