On April 18, Sunwin made the first plenary meeting to adjust the member of safety committee. During the meeting, Mr. Lu Yuliang, deputy director of safety committee and HR Dept. manager announced the composition of safety committee and responsibilities, and then the safety sector reported the safety task information in year 2013, proposal in safety production for year 2014, and the detailed safety works from Jan. to April in 2014 as well as main tasks to be conducted. 

    The meeting defined the principle guidance for the safety task in year 2014 means we shall safety persist in the work guidance of first, prevention first and comprehensive treatment, establish the ideal of people oriented and safety development and take the regional safety management principle as the mainline to promote safety task in company with the methods of improving the safety production standardization task, eliminating the potential dangers as well as perfecting professional health management system. At present, facing with the production peak situation and the special task in next phase, the meeting required each responsible person shall take over the duty to ensure the company production in the condition of stability and controllability. 

During the meeting, Mr. Zhang Lichun emphasized the safety task is of most importance and if any problems occurring in the aspect of safety task, then no achievement we will get. The responsible personnel in workshops and production lines shall strengthen the safety awareness. During the current safety task, we shall conduct following works. First is the company safety including the safety management for employees and temporary as well as contracted labors especially for the bus parking safety. And the Production Dept. shall pay more attention to the safety in production field and assembly safety. Second is the road traffic safety. Shuttle buses, private cars and buses out to make trial run shall take care and avoid the traffic accident. Drinking drive and tired drive is prohibited. The third is to conduct the products safety, especially for the aftermarket service for the sold buses to avoid the negative effect to company’s reputation due to the product quality problem.  

    In the meeting, Mr. Gregoire Blaise, general manager of Sunwin made the brief speech that he is optimistic for the future development of company and he was agreed with Mr. Zhang’s requirement on overall safety task and Mr. Gregoire showed Sunwin shall not only conduct the company safety but also pay attention to our products safety to others including customers and passengers. 

    Finally, Mr. Lu Yang issued the requirement that the key for safety task is to implement the responsibilities, make diligent work and solve problems when founded, and the safety task shall have the bottom line of no fire accident and major casualty. At present, we shall make good job in fire prevention to avoid the fir accident.

    In order to accomplish the production task in 2014 and improve the new energy bus production and sales, Sunwin made the new energy bus knowledge training on May 17. And this training got the great support from company Production and Quality Committee, Green Bus Corporation, Marketing & Sales Dept. and etc. Sunwin invited Mr. Yang Tianxin, office director of Green Bus Corporation and Mr. Jiang Jiefeng, chief engineer to make training for students from bus sales, coach sales and oversea sales, totally 30 personnel. The training included state new energy subsidy policy and new energy bus technology instruction. And in the future, the company will also hold special trainings on new energy products introduction and aftermarket service and etc.

    Meanwhile, in order to ensure the production of new energy buses, Sunwin have made the training on Eton hybrid power system installation and electrical modulation and test in mid of April. And Sunwin invited supplier’s trainer to make the instruction for employees from process, trial production, quality inspection and Aduit, totally 20 personnl. This training included such contents as assembly technology of hybrid transmission box, motor controller and high voltage battery, hybrid electrical principle explanation and matters need attention for the complete bus modulation and test.

    The Thirteenth International Auto Exhibition was held in Beijing with the theme of Driving To A Better Future. And Sunwin took SWB6128SHEV7 city bus, a hybrid city bus, to the exhibition firstly to display the company’s latest bus technology.
    Equipped with the new drive line developed by Green Bus (New Energy R&D Center), wheel and drive motor as the drive power and the imported machine controller, the extended range hybrid city bus has the advanced technology and high-efficient power system and reliability. With the 2.8 liter National V engine as the main part of APU system and high-energy lithium iron phosphate power battery, the bus can provide a driving range with more than 50Km in the condition of pure electric situation and more than 400km in diesel mode with the oil-consumption lower than 20L per hundred km. with the aim to develop the ideal of priority in public traffic and low carbon environment, the bus is installed with three doors and low floor.
    During the exhibition, the government leaders from different cities, SAIC leaders and medias visited the display station to understand this new energy bus. And Sunwin also hope to put the product into market as soon as possible. So Sunwin Market & Sales Dept., Oversea Dept. and R&D Dept. arranged relevant personnel to make introduction of this bus to customers and medias.

    On March 3, Sunwin made 2013 Rational Proposal Evaluation Meeting and 2014 Rational Proposal Connector Meeting with the participants of members of rational proposal team, evaluation experts and rational proposal connectors. There were 10 rational proposals in 2013. And after initial selection and evaluation, the meeting selected sixth prize, fifth prize and forth prize. And the detailed list will be issued. 

    And this evaluation meeting reduced the distance among participants and enhanced the communication and exchanges among them as well as promoted the development and planning of rational proposal activity. In 2014, the company will continue to boost the rational proposal activity and take advantage of new medias to strengthen the publicity so as to enhance the employees’ acknowledge, recognition and practice of rational proposal activity, integrate the rational proposal source, enforce the carrier construction of rational proposal activity and explore the new method and approach to carry out the rational proposal activity.

    The expand meeting of executive committee of Minhang Industrial Zoo Commerce Chamber and the annual meeting of top 100 enterprises were held on Feb.20. During the meeting, Sunwin was awarded the prize of green and intelligent manufacture and Mr. Lu Yuliang accepted the prize on behalf of Sunwin.

    The company established a leading team and working team and confirmed the task responsibilities for each team, safety personnel and department. The special activity would provide training and publicity on fire fighting, complete the detailed task stipulated in the compromise letter signed with local department, solve the problems in the management of emergency evacuation, fire fighting equipment and dangerous chemicals, strengthen the daily supervision and safety management and organize the clear-up task for the flammable and explosive chemicals in the working site and assign the personnel in charge of safety production standardization to inspect the main area as dangerous chemicals storage, computer room, painting room and gas station and etc. 

    This activity will make the conclusion in line with the actual progress to find out the shortage and continue rectification to establish a long-term effective mechanism to eliminate the fire hazard and consolidate the task result..
