On the afternoon of Jan. 2, 2014, the workshop called together the employees working in Line A, Line B and Coach line and made the detailed introduction on the competition. The safety personnel would make score and record before the work off, and three month later, the workshop will statistic the total score for three lines in line with the daily score and select the excellent award and encourage award in workshop meeting. Through the competition, the workshop can conclude the safety production information in former quarter, modify the deficiencies, eliminate the potential dangers, improve employees’ safety ideal. Meanwhile, the competition rules and regulations also will be adjusted in line with the actual situation in workshop so that the competition can be accepted by employees easily and widely. 

    The safety task in workshop shall be conducted with the long-term mechanism and an active and cautious attitude so as to provide a satisfied answer to employees and company. And the safety task is not a single fright. Let us work together to carry out the safety task to ensure the production task in 2014 can be completed smoothly.

    On Nov.5, Mr. Chen Hong, Mr. Chen Zhixing, leaders from SAIC Motor accompanied Mr. Han Zheng, secretary of municipal party committee; and Mr. Yang Xiong, mayor of Shanghai municipal government to visited SAIC display station. And Mr. Zhang Lichun, Mr. Lu Yuliang and other personnel from marketing & sales dept. made detailed introduction on new energy buses and current situation of company to SAIC leaders. ——From Marketing & Sales Dept.

    On the afternoon of Oct. 29, sponsored by Bashi Group and co-sponsored by Sunwin and Daewoo, 2013 Shanghai New City Bus Launch Ceremony and Delivery Ceremony was held in Traffic Hub Station in Caoxi Road. The batch of new city buses including 30 Sunwin new buses which will be put into operation in line 49. And this is a new measure of energy-saving & emission reducing and public traffic priority Bashi Group taking to respond to government’s call.
    On the base of traffic development characteristics in Shanghai, Sunwin and Bashi Group jointly developed this three-door low floor Volvo bus. The wide three-door can allow passengers to get on and get off bus quickly and reduce the bus stop time. The bus can load 92 passengers and the low floor of the bus can be convenient for passengers. Meanwhile, the bus is equipped with National V engine which cna reduce the emission significantly.
    Mr. Xu Jie, general manager of Bashi Group, Mr. Hankan Karlsson, executive deputy president of Volvo, Mr. Zhang Lichun, general manager of Sunwin, Mr. Gong Deqing, deputy party secretary of Jiushi Group, Mr. Hong Renchu, deputy general manager of Jiushi, general manager of Daewoo, and Mr. Zhang Biwei, deputy general manager of Bashi were on stage. And leaders from Volvo, Sunwin and Daewoo made the speech respectively. And the outstanding drivers from Bashi Group made the ribbon cutting for the new buses. And leaders from municipal governmental department, and bus manufacturers as well as media reporters attended the ceremony. Meanwhile, the top management from Volvo group and VBC specially come to Shanghai to attend this ceremony together with Sunwin management.

    From July 11 to July 12, SAIC Motor trade union and SAIC Engineering Society jointly organized the 2013 SAIC Motor CAD Competition and there were totally 165 competitors from 22 enterprises attending the competition. And Sunwin assigned three personnel to this competition.
    After the furious competition, Mr. Wang Xiaohong got the second prize. And SAIC will organize the special meeting to present the prize in Nov.

    SAIC Motor organized the safety star advanced units and advanced individual selection, after affiliated corporation recommendation and SAIC safety work team inspection, the final prize list was issued. Mr. Chu Lingen was selected as safety star advanced individual in year 2012.

    On Oct.8, the first workday after the National Holiday, because of the typhoons, the Guangzhong road was flooded and the company area was also influenced. From 5:00 a.m, Mr. Huang Yinyi, Mr. Chen Jianbo and Mr. Zhang Chaojie stood in the flood to guide the private cars and shuttle bus into company. And Mr. Xu Zehong, Mr. Lu Yuliang organized relevant personnel to deal with the flood in production area and carry out safety inspection.
    Meanwhile, Mr. Lu Yang, Mr. Lao Zhixing together with safety personnel went to workshops to make safety inspection to ensure the personnel and property safety.
