Sunwin Made Fire Fighting Work Meeting   Sunwin Made Fire Fighting Work Meeting

    On Jan. 8, Sunwin made the fire fighting special meeting with the participants of member of Safety Committee and safety personnel of departments. Mr. Lu Yuliang, deputy chairman of safety committee presided the meeting, at the beginning, Mr. Lu Yuliang analyzed the current safety situation in company and reviewed the safety task in 2014 and then he issued the new requirement for fire fighting and safety task in 2015.
    Firstly, the meeting delivered the notice to make special remediation for fire fighting task and work requirement issued by SAIC safety supervision department. The meeting also defined the guideline for company fire fighting task in 2015 means the company should perfect the fire fighting and safety management system with the focused content to make fire fighting and safety remediation for labor intensive and large span workshop as well as logistic warehouse. The meeting also required the safety responsible personnel in workshops and departments should fulfill the fire fighting safety security duty to ensure the fire fighting task for company in control.   
    The meeting also issued the fire fighting task target for company in 2015 and delivered the safety target and index for company in 2015 required by SAIC. Meanwhile, the meeting made the task arrangement and announced the inspection information and modification measures for each department and workshop.

Leaders of Minhang District Visited Sunwin   Leaders of Minhang District Visited Sunwin

    On Jan. 15, Mr. Zhang Xin, deputy director of Xinzhuang Industry Committee, together with Mr. Ding Junsong, general manager of Xinzhuang Industry Corporation and chairman of trade union, general secretary of commerce committee as well as other leaders and totally 8 personnel visited Sunwin and Green Bus to understand company performance and products. Mr. Kan Weifeng, general manager of Green Bus, Mr. Lu Yuliang, executive director of general manager office of Sunwin and Ms. Wu Xuehua, liaison officer of Sunwin accompanied leaders to look around the test board and made the communication on product development of the company. During the meeting, Sunwin expressed thanks for the support provided by Industry park and commerce committee during our production peak. And in the new year, we hope to get the continuous support from industry park. Meanwhile, both parties also made exchanges on new energy bus development and performance.

    In the middle of Novermber, Sunwin carried out the 2014 customer satisfaction survey. This activity was organized and implemented by Aftermarket Dept. and the target of the activity was bus customers including drivers, bus team management, public traffic enterprise maintenance technician and bus maintenance company personnel. The survey required the customers to reflect the deficiencies in our products and service faithfully. With the attention and requirements of the company leaders, and with the support of customers, the annual satisfaction survey was accomplished successfully.  
    The customer satisfaction survey was a good platform for us to exchange and communicate with customers. During the survey, we not only inquired the problems in buses but also focused on the aftermarket service. And for some problems caused by communication, we have made detailed explanation to eliminate customers’ doubts to certain extent. After the survey, we will follow up the problems issued by customers during the survey and make return visit to remove customers’ complains. 
    According to current preliminary statistics, the result of this year satisfaction survey was good and customers were satisfied with our service, but we shall make further improvement in bus products and certain service to meet customers’ demand. The good communication and customers’ satisfaction are always our purpose to take this survey and we hope our products and service can make good improvement next year.

    2014 International Bus Technology Exhibition was held in Shanghai Expo center to display the latest energy saving products and new energy products as well as latest bus technology and so on. Sunwin took two hybrid buses as SWB6128SHEV7 bus and SWB6127PHEV bus and a newly developed new energy drive system to this exhibition to show the latest bus technology fruits from Sunwin and Green Bus to citizens.  
    These two hybrid buses were developed especially for public traffic. Equipped with the wheel and drive motor as the drive power and the imported machine controller, the extended range hybrid city bus SWB6128SHEV7 bus has the advanced technology and high-efficient power system and reliability. With the 2.8 liter National V engine as the main part of APU system and high-energy lithium iron phosphate power battery, the bus can provide a driving range with more than 50Km in the condition of pure electric situation and more than 400km in diesel mode with the oil-consumption lower than 20L per hundred km. with the aim to develop the ideal of priority in public traffic and low carbon environment, the bus is installed with three doors and low floor.
    The complete bus control system installed in SWB6127PHEV bus was developed with the independent intellectual property and is the core technology in the bus, and it can provide an optimal power combination plan in line with the actual situation of the main parts. So compared with the normal bus, the Eco-hybrid bus can save 40% fuel, decrease the emission of carbonic oxide and PM2.5 by 90%, nitric oxide and smoke by 50%.
    During the exhibition, Mr. Bian Boping (original director of Shanghai Transportation and Harbor Burau), chairman of board of supervision of SAIC, Mr. Hong Renchu, deputy general manager of Jiushi Group, Chairman of Bashi Group and director of association of public traffic as well as leaders and customers visited Sunwin display station.
    In order to deep the ideal of energy saving and emission reducing, improve the technology safety and accelerate the course of low-carbon industry, the organizer also made the Top 50 evaluation of 2014 China energy saving bus and new energy bus innovation and made the prize award during the exhibition. Sunwin got the prize of Top 10 Innovative Bus Corporation in 2014.

    On Nov. 10, with the organization of HR Dept., the company made a fire extinguishing drill with the participants of company safety personnel, full-time firefighter, volunteer firefighter, totally more than 40 personnel. Meanwhile, the company also organized some safety personnel to view this drill and got a good effect.
    Through this drill, we found there were still some problems in our company such as the employees were unfamiliar with the fire equipment and employees’ respond abilities to environment of fire accident were still weaken. The exposed problems showed the employees’ deficient knowledge of firefighting.
    Therefore, in future task, we shall strengthen employees’ abilities to use fire equipment accurately and improve employees’ overall capabilities to prevent fire accident so that we can eliminate the fire hidden troubles and protect the life and property safety and lay a solid basement for company’s good and safe environment.

    From Nov. 4 to Nov. 8, the China International Industry Fair was held in Shanghai International Exhibition Center with the emphasis of environment protection technology and equipment to promote the green development, cycle development and low-carbon development so as to establish ecological civilization. And Sunwin took SWB6127PHEV hybrid bus and a newly developed new energy bus to this exhibition with the aim to show the advanced new energy technology to citizens.
    SWB6127PHEV hybrid bus is installed the parallel Eco-hybrid power system. The Green Bus Driveline System Corporation, an affiliated corporation of SAIC, integrated the advantage new energy bus technologies and developed the Eco-hybrid buses suitable for public traffic. The complete bus control with the independent intellectual property is the core technology in the bus, and it can provide an optimal power combination plan in line with the actual situation of the main parts. So compared with the normal bus, the Eco-hybrid bus can save 40% fuel, decrease the emission of carbonic oxide and PM2.5 by 90%, nitric oxide and smoke by 50%.
    During the exhibition, Mr. Chen Hong, chairman of SAIC and Mr. Chen Zhixing, president of SAIC visited Sunwin station to look around this hybrid bus.

    In order to improve the service personnel capability and strengthen the aftermarket maintenance and service, the Aftermarket Dept. made serveral internal technical trainings from Sept. Aftermarket Dept. invited suppliers such as Shanghai Diesel, Weichai and Siemens etc. to provide the training including the usage of equipment, maintenance and malfunction diagnose. The training was divided into two parts as theory education and practice in bus, after the training the department organized the test to intensify the training efficiency.
    The series technical training not only improves the personnel aftermarket service capacity but also consolidates the foundation for Sunwin to provide excellent service for customers.

    In order to improve the technical ability of the employees working in the production lines roundly, Sunwin attempted to cooperate with institutes and recruit youth to the production lines step by step. Recently, the first batch of 10 students came to Sunwin as the interns, after getting positions rotation, accepting the training and passing the test, we will recruit some qualified students and assign them into production lines.
    Meanwhile, HR Dept. will make the training for reserve cadres of departments and workshops during off-season of production and organize them to participate the training and education in SAIC’s affiliated corporations.

    According the SAIC requirement, Sunwin will attend the Shanghai Industry Fair from Nov. 4 to Nov. 8. And the company now is preparing a newly-developed hybrid bus (SWB6127PHEV) and a set of power system to attend the exhibition. The R&D Dept. and Production Dept are making positive preparation. The leaders of SAIC also paid much attention to this exhibition and then the Public Relation Department of SAIC will visit Sunwin to check the bus preparation.
