Sunwin Carried Out 2014 Customer Satisfaction Survey Back List >February 2015

    In the middle of Novermber, Sunwin carried out the 2014 customer satisfaction survey. This activity was organized and implemented by Aftermarket Dept. and the target of the activity was bus customers including drivers, bus team management, public traffic enterprise maintenance technician and bus maintenance company personnel. The survey required the customers to reflect the deficiencies in our products and service faithfully. With the attention and requirements of the company leaders, and with the support of customers, the annual satisfaction survey was accomplished successfully.  
    The customer satisfaction survey was a good platform for us to exchange and communicate with customers. During the survey, we not only inquired the problems in buses but also focused on the aftermarket service. And for some problems caused by communication, we have made detailed explanation to eliminate customers’ doubts to certain extent. After the survey, we will follow up the problems issued by customers during the survey and make return visit to remove customers’ complains. 
    According to current preliminary statistics, the result of this year satisfaction survey was good and customers were satisfied with our service, but we shall make further improvement in bus products and certain service to meet customers’ demand. The good communication and customers’ satisfaction are always our purpose to take this survey and we hope our products and service can make good improvement next year.
