On last December 28th, Sunwin held delivery ceremony of Fengpu express line vehicle with the theme of hand in hand and create the future, and delivered 35 fast charging pure electric buses to Fengxian Bus, which marked another new energy technology settled in the Shanghai Market.

 

Mr. Sun Keliang hosted the delivery ceremony, and introduced the guests. Mr. Gui Longming, general manager of Sunwin, and Mr. Yuan Wenjie, Director of the Fengxian Transportation Committee, made speeches; Mrs. Jing Xinlan gave Mr. Gu Fuzhong, General manager of Fengxian bus, vehicle key; Mr. Wang Dajun, Mr. Wang Jianjun, Mr. Liu Shaomin and Mr. Yuan Guoxin unveiled the new bus; Mr. Feng Yuan and Mrs. Zhu Feng gong together. Sunwin supplier representative, department leaders and related personnel attended the delivery ceremony.

 

The Starting station of vehicle operation line of 18M and 12M pure electric vehicles delivered to Fengpu express line is Fengxian Nan Qiao new town, and the terminus is Pudong Oriental Sports Center. The total length of the line is 31.2 km, covering the three areas, such as Fengxian, Minhang, and Pudong. Fengpu express line adopts new type of large volume and Bus Rapid Transit System, and the operation mode is between the fast rail transit and the traditional bus. The combination of standard lane and bus lane can shorten the commuting time of Nan Qiao new town to the center of the city, enhance the residential value of Fengxian South Bridge and attract more people to pay attention to the south bridge plate.

 

The delivery vehicle is the city fast charge electric products, and charging method uses both descending pantograph and charging gun, which complement each other. Under the condition of 5C charging, it takes only 12 minutes to fill the electricity, and it can meet the driving mileage of more than 80 kilometers. The vehicle use low floor to set up a wheelchair area, which embodies the design idea of people-oriented. The descending pantograph electric bus has effectively solved the problems of vehicle weight loss, vehicle cost reduction, rational use of charging facilities and Parking difficulty. The product is integrated with many modern elements in the design, which fully displays the spirit and features of the international city of Shanghai.   On April 20th, Zhuang Mudi, Secretary of the Fengxian District Committee officially announced that Fengpu express line (interval) start-up at the operation start ceremony. The Fengpu express line (interval) carried the first passengers slowly out of the platform. Mr. Sun Keliang, deputy general manager of sales company, and after-sale service team participated in the launching ceremony. In order to ensure the smooth operation of the line, the model of "standard special channel + bus special road" is adopted in Fengpu express line (interval), which not only makes use of the road resources reasonably, but also speeds up the traffic speed of the bus. 

 

Different from the general bus ticket sales method, the Fengpu express line (interval) is similar to the subway station on the site of the ticket sales, that is, the road gate brush ticket to the station, the platform set up the station attendant, and there is no crew on the bus.

 

The operation vehicles of Fengpu express line use Sunwin pure electric low floor bus with zero pollution, zero discharge, and use the most advanced platform wireless fast charging technology. For better service residents, the average departure interval is 5 to 8 minutes during peak periods, and the interval between 8 and 15 minutes is at non-peak period. In the future, we will track and monitor the operation of express lines, and adjust the bus operation plan and vehicle number according to the actual passenger flow.

  From May 23 to May 25, Shanghai Sunwin Bus Corporation attends 61th MENA UTIP Public Transposition Exhibition at Dubai EXPO center which is held by international public transportation association.

 

As one of the biggest participants, Sunwin takes model SWB6188BEV-quick charging electric bus and model SWB6868-school bus to attend the exhibition. Model SWB6188BEV is decorated with the stylish combined with Dubai and Shanghai, this model were newly applying to Shanghai Fengxian BRT line on April 20. Charging methods combines downward pantograph and charging gun; its endurance mileage is up to 80km and can get fully charged in 12 minutes if using downward pantographs under 5C condition. Humanity aspects show with the low floor design and barrier free equipment. Meanwhile, Equipped with Internet+ technologies, live data and alarms can be accessed in time which upgrades the safe system and protects the bus.

  On June 5, Mr. Chen Demei, Vice President of SAIC, and Mr. Hua Yun, General Manager of safety inspection department, totally 6 personal, visited Sunwin to make safety inspection. With the accompany of Mr. Yuan Guoxin, Mr. Jin Gang, Mr. Yu Zhiyuan, and Mr. Li Yaojiang, they checked the safety production sites all over the company, as well as the technical renovation site under construction, and reviewed the possible hidden dangers and corrective measures.

 

In the next report on special safety work, Sunwin reported the actual situation of the enterprise, the operation situation since 2018 and the construction of the factory, and emphasis on the safety production situation. Sunwin organized 7 safety special inspections this year, and received 1 inspection by SAIC. The number of safety hazards and safety rectification rates were better than those of the same period last year. Mr. Chen Demei affirmed the safety work of Sunwin and put forward the requirements for further improvement and continuous rectification.

Green Bus 212 meeting room, the leadership of the Party committee and the director of the department participated in.
Conference topics includes three aspects: how to do a better job of 2017 department cost control work, how to better ensure the timeliness of 2017 department job, and how to do a good job in department risk prevention.
On Feb. 9, according to the reporting information, each department reported working situation and introduced the department work plan in 2017, and then, on the morning of Feb. 10, made the communication and discussion. The party and government leaders also made comments and put forward the work requirements.

    On December 23, 2016, after nearly a month of online public voting, 2016 China Bus Overseas Market "National Star" award results officially announced. For China's bus companies, each country is an important market, each export models are star products. "National Star" award is set up to find the 2016 year brightest Chinese bus products in every country or region. This selection selected out 13 National Star Award, which combined with overseas readers and the actual market share and other comprehensive factors.

 

 

In order to more effectively deal with possible emergencies, from 2013, according to national and SAIC emergency management requirements, Sunwin safety section set up the planning team to modify the original plan system based on the actual situation of production, hazard source identification and safety risk analysis, and drew up twelve emergency plans (one comprehensive plan, eleven special plans and on-site disposal programs, including production accidents, natural disasters, environmental and occupational health etc.).
Original report emergency plan expires due in 2016, and the new revision, review, filing work started. On Dec. 2, SAIC safety supervision department organized experts to Sunwin to review the newly revised Sunwin emergency plan. Mr. Jiang Weidong, deputy director of safety committee, Mr. Zhao Jianjun, director of Production department, Mr. Tang Zijun, Senior Manager of HR Department, attended the review meeting. After attending experts’ serious audit and discussion, proposed comments on the plan system and further improved the revision. Approved by the general manager of Sunwin, finally formed Emergency plan and passed the Minhang District Safety Supervision Bureau record.
On the basis of widely soliciting opinions from all sides, the plan revision work further enhanced the practicability and maneuverability, effectively controlled of various types of sudden disasters and accident risk, minimized accident loss, and laid a solid foundation for the safe production of Sunwin.
