The theme of fire promotion month is “the whole people pay attention to fire protection, life safety first”. In order to effectively strengthen the daily safety work, improve the fire safety quality, safety precaution and self-rescue ability of entire personnel, HR department held fire emergency safety drills in paint shop on November 9th, and carried out emergency evacuation drill together with Bus Sub Center on November 10th, nearly 200 workers participated.

 

On November 9th, Mr. Li Yaojiang, director of HR Department, gave instructions for drill start. After the alarm sounded, Paint Shop simulated fire, fire control room found fire and reported immediately, start fire emergency evacuation plan, at the same time, dial "119" alarm phone, and according to division of labor, the command group, firefighting group, evacuation group, rescue team and other members cut off non fire power supply, start fire pump, evacuate workshop personnel and so on. The safety section focused on explaining for the use of fire extinguishers and fire masks, Cover your nose and mouth with wet towel / tissue paper during emergency evacuation, and in order to avoid stampede accidents, should bend down from each post orderly evacuation along the evacuation route.

 

On November 10th, the Bus Sub Center also simulated emergency evacuation drills.

 

The twofire drills tested the maneuverability of Sunwin fire emergency evacuation plan, strengthened fire rescue response capability, at the same time, also improved the fire safety skills, strengthened the safety awareness of all staff in the fire, earthquake and other emergencies, and enhanced self-protection ability.

They visited the power station, laboratory and remote monitoring room of new energy bus, and went to the parking to visit Sunwin four kinds of pure electric vehicles. After the visit, the delegation members to the meeting room, listened to the Sunwin enterprise and product introduction, and made exchange for Sunwin products, quality, and new energy bus operation.

The 7.8M pure electric bus that inherits the EA11 platform, on the basis of ensuring continued mileage and carrying capacity, the overall size of the vehicle has been reduced to meet the product needs of small, fast, flexible and stable. The body width of this bus is relatively small, which agrees with the relatively narrow characteristics of suburban roads. Lasted 420 days, painting workshop VOC protection transformation project has completed, and all the equipment has been put into production. On July 2, in the conference room of Technology Center, Sunwin held summary and acceptance meeting.

 

Since May 8, 2016, in order to ensure the safety and orderly progress of the project construction, the project team insisted on holding three regular meetings a week with the theme of internal coordination, safety, and project progress. The project has gone through four stages, members of the project team and Shanghai Electrical and Mechanical College design, construction, management staff frequently appeared in the construction site to understand the construction state and coordinate field issues. Strong support from the company leadership and the full cooperation of all departments, VOC project members with the Shanghai Electrical and Mechanical College completed the whole project in a safe and orderly manner.

 

Mr. Yu Zhiyuan hosted the meeting; Mr. Shen Di from Shanghai Electrical and Mechanical College reported the project mileage review and test run condition through multimedia images; and Mr. Chen Jian, Dean of Shanghai Electrical and Mechanical College, made a project summary. Mr. Gui Longming, general manager of Sunwin, made an evaluation of the project and requested the subsequent technical transformation project, Mr. Jin Gang, vice general manager of Sunwin, also put forward the requirements for the production and management of Painting Workshop.

 

After the meeting, participating leaders visited the painting workshop and took pictures. Now, the painting workshop is a bright and tidy modern workshop. We believe that the painting quality and efficiency of Sunwin will be significantly improved with advanced machine operation system, constant temperature and humidity spray booth, automated paint conveying and blending system, spraying robot, and efficient environmental treatment facilities etc.

2017 Beijing international exhibition on buses, trucks and components was held from May 24 to May 26 in Beijing Exhibition Center. The subject of this exhibition is “New Energy: Chance and Challenge to Bus Development”, focusing on latest global bus technology development trend, intensively displaying bus and parts related with new energy, energy conservation and emission reduction. Sunwin took latest developed platform products SWB6868BEV05 and SWB6128BEV01 attended the exhibition.

 

These two models are created based on Sunwin new platform. They are optimized and upgraded products of Sunwin 1st generation electric bus which already had received wide acclaim. While inheriting a lot of advantages of 1st generation, they made below improvement and optimization. For powertrain system optimize and complete control strategy, further improve power, comfort ability and economy; Adopt CATL new generation high energy iron phosphate lithium battery, compared with previous generation, volume shrink a lot, so that passenger compartment space gets optimized; Also upgraded upholstery , integrated more modern element and line, improved appearance grade.

 

In recent years, under national policy support, Sunwin is continuously improving R&D level based on SAIC and VOLVO technical platform. From market research, product development to industrialization path, Sunwin makes different adjustment on product performance, function, cost, and operation details from customer’s viewpoint. Sunwin take SAIC new generation 18m electrical BRT again to attend 2017 17th Shanghai International Auto Exhibition for 10 days, the new technology of this quick-charge pure electric bus bring different ideas to customers and spectators, reap the unanimous praise in terms of design and technology, and receive widespread attention of domestic and foreign customer. There are about 40 domestic customers asking about the new energy buses, and overseas clients about 20, among them, there are 10 people who have further intention to buy or leave contact business cards. This time, the Auto Exhibition has laid a good foundation for promotion of new generation fast charging BRT in the market, not only enhance the brand image, but also lays a solid foundation for future sales.

 

Although this exhibition has come to a successful conclusion, we still need to improve in some aspects, such as the plan of show bus into exhibition has not been determined in time, but with the strong support of the workshop and related colleagues, Sunwin still ensures successfully exhibitors.

 

Under the attention and strong support of company leaders, compared to the previous, the quality of exhibitor’s prototype has been improved greatly from the appearance, the process and the internal details. This also recruited 9 volunteers, including 3 from the technology center, 2 from purchasing department, 2 from international business department, and 2 from Department of the market, who carried out the volunteer special training before Auto Exhibition, and got detailed information about Auto Exhibition and answer questions from technicians. Sunwin ushered in 8 vigorous new graduates in the graduation season. In order to let them know the company's situation as soon as possible and integrate into the team, from July 2nd to July 4th, Sunwin organized new employee training for three days.

 

On the morning of July 2nd, welcome meeting of this year's graduates was held at 508 conference room, Mr. Li Yaojiang hosted the meeting, Mr. Li Kuo and Mr. Wang Danbo attended. At the meeting, three leaders welcome students to join the family of Sunwin, and hope that they will take a position and integrate into the team, learn knowledge and be about to achieve some targets. The instructors signed the training agreement with the graduating students respectively.

 

This training added post-practice plan for 3 months. Under the support of Mr. Yu Zhiyuan, each workshop has worked out the practical plan for key positions. Mr. Yu Zhiyuan also made a request to the students, and hoped that they cherish the opportunity of this practice and apply to future work.

 

The training of new employees has been strongly supported by various functional departments in the following two days. In July 3rd and 4th, the trainers in each department explained to the new employees the basic situation of the company, corporate culture, strategic planning, human resources regulations, production profiles, product conditions, market and customers, work discipline, safety management, procurement process, quality system, financial process, information security and other training contents. The new employees, totally 21 personal, came together to know Sunwin, understood Sunwin, learn and grow.

 

The new employee induction training enables them to have a preliminary understanding of all aspects of the company, which helps them adapt to the new environment faster and integrate into the company and team.
