Sunwin Carried out 2018 Training of New Employees Back List >August 2018

Sunwin ushered in 8 vigorous new graduates in the graduation season. In order to let them know the company's situation as soon as possible and integrate into the team, from July 2nd to July 4th, Sunwin organized new employee training for three days.
 
On the morning of July 2nd, welcome meeting of this year's graduates was held at 508 conference room, Mr. Li Yaojiang hosted the meeting, Mr. Li Kuo and Mr. Wang Danbo attended. At the meeting, three leaders welcome students to join the family of Sunwin, and hope that they will take a position and integrate into the team, learn knowledge and be about to achieve some targets. The instructors signed the training agreement with the graduating students respectively.
 
This training added post-practice plan for 3 months. Under the support of Mr. Yu Zhiyuan, each workshop has worked out the practical plan for key positions. Mr. Yu Zhiyuan also made a request to the students, and hoped that they cherish the opportunity of this practice and apply to future work.
 
The training of new employees has been strongly supported by various functional departments in the following two days. In July 3rd and 4th, the trainers in each department explained to the new employees the basic situation of the company, corporate culture, strategic planning, human resources regulations, production profiles, product conditions, market and customers, work discipline, safety management, procurement process, quality system, financial process, information security and other training contents. The new employees, totally 21 personal, came together to know Sunwin, understood Sunwin, learn and grow.
 
The new employee induction training enables them to have a preliminary understanding of all aspects of the company, which helps them adapt to the new environment faster and integrate into the company and team. The students also said that the training is full and meaningful. In the future, they will continue to enrich themselves and develop together with the company.
