On June 17, Sunwin made the safety commission meeting in second quarter with the participants of all safety commission members and managers of departments and workshops. Firstly, Mr. Chu Lingen reported the information of safety production evaluation and asked for the confirmation on carrying out 2013 safety production accident emergency exercise.
    Mr. Lu Yuliang put forward in the meeting that evaluation date for safety production standardization has been confirmed from June 22 to June 25. This year, in order to pass the evaluation, the safety commission and Mr. Lu Yang has organized three meetings, and the meeting today actually is the mobilization meeting and he hoped all departments and workshop work together to pass the evaluation.
    Mr. Lu Yang also required in the meeting the target this year was to pass the evaluation. As for the 57 non-conformance terms put forward in the pre-evaluation, we shall make the modification as soon as possible. And all departments and workshops shall make the good publicity of this evaluation so as to improve the safety production ideal of employees. Meanwhile, Mr. Lu also hoped all levels of company shall pay much more attention to safety production under the circumstance of high temperature and heavy production volume.

    In order to protect and reduce the safety accident, effectively control and deal with the potential accident, reduce the negative effect and loss and perfect the emergency management system, on March 29, SAIC Safety Supervision Department emergency expert team and municipal safety protection expert visited Sunwin to make the evaluation for Sunwin emergency plan. Professor Hu Fumin held the post of team leader. Mr. Chu Lingen presided the evaluation team, Mr. Lu Yang, Mr. Lu Yuliang attended the meeting and made the introduction on company operation and safety production situation. The evaluation expert made the analysis and assessment for Sunwin emergency plan. 
    During the evaluation, the experts put forward good proposals and advices which will not benefit and perfect the current Sunwin emergency plan but provide useful guidance for Sunwin safety work. Through the evaluation, research and assessment, the Sunwin emergency plan will be more comprehensive, legality, integrity, pertinence, practicability, scientificalness, maneuverability and cohesion. At present, the emergency plan has been submitted to Minhang Safety Supervision Bureau to report.

    On April 9, SAIC Safety Supervision Department made the special examine for Sunwin team safety works. The examine team looked around the production lines and made the communication with teams to learn the construction situation and provided the guidance on overcoming the difficulties in safety work and encourage the team to set up safety production ideals.
    Mr. Lu Yuliang, Mr. Xu Zehong and member of safety work team attended the conclusion meeting. During the meeting, the SAIC expressed the affirmation for Sunwin team safety construction and gave the score of 82, then they made the communication on team safety construction.
    After listening to the constructive advices from SAIC Safety Supervision leaders, Mr.Lu Yuliang firstly expressed thanks for leaders visiting, then in line with the shortage in current team safety construction works, Mr. Lu put forward the requirement firstly all departments shall set up safety risk ideal, strengthen the construction of team safety, and enhance system management, secondly, we shall enhance the team leaders’ management level, organize relevant training and strengthen the team leaders’ safety responsible sense, and we will carry out the team safety construction works in line with SAIC’s requirement, thirdly, we shall grasp the opportunity of this team safety construction evaluation to establish company safety production atmosphere and improve the team safety construction work effectively.

    On March 26, Shanghai Science & Technology Commission and Bashi Group made Super capacitor Bus Operation Meeting and invited leaders from Construction and Transport Bureau, Traffic Bureau, Jiushi Group, New Energy Improvement Office, Sunwin, Bashi Xinxin Corporation, Public Traffic Association and Aowei to attend the meeting. The meeting mainly discussed the advanced technology could increase the lasting mileage of super capacitor bus after charging. The improved super capacitor buses have been running in line 26 for more than half year, getting a lot of praise from drivers and passengers. In order to conclude the experience, optimize systems, make promotion, Shanghai Science & Technology Commission and Bashi Group made this meeting to make contribution for beautiful Shanghai. Mr. Ma Baofu and Sunwin aftermarket engineers attended this meeting.  
    With the support of Shanghai Science & Technology Commission, Aowei Science and Technology Corporation cooperated with Sunwin and Bashi Group to make electric bus which was put into commercial operation from August 28, 2006, till now, the total mileage reached 4 million kilometers. During 2010 Expo, 61 super capacitor buses were running in the garden. Through the actual operation, we also found such.defects in super capacity bus as short mileage and heat dissipation problem under high temperature.
    Against to these problems, Aowei developed upgraded super capacitor and made the improvement for the complete bus together with Sunwin. For example, the mileage now has been increased to 10-15km after charging, and the high speed was enhanced from original 50km/h to 80km/h. In the meeting, the experts made the good perspective for the improved super capacitor bus.

    With the theme of Green Development and Innovation Lead the Future, 2013 13th China International Bus and Parts Exhibition (CNIB）was held from March 28 to March 30 in Nanjing.
    With the support of SAIC, Sunwin carried 12m SWB6127LNG2 city bus to participate this exhibition. This LNG bus conforms to the promotion atmosphere on liquefied natural gas city bus in China.
    The bus integrated the localized chassis and complete bus technology and was equipped with LNG supply system which realizes the target of low emission, low operation cost and high stability on city bus. Meanwhile, the bus is also installed air suspension which can provide passengers a comfortable journey. And Nanjing Public Traffic Corporation has ordered 104 buses which will be delivered in April.
Through this exhibition, Sunwin products’ characteristics of Quality, Safety and Environmental-care have been organized and accepted by many bus operator corporations. And Sunwin will continuously develop and research the new environmental-care buses and provide excellent products and outstanding service for Green Youth Olympic and Chinese Green City.

    In line with the plan of Shanghai Transport and Port Authority, 120 electric buses running for Shanghai Expo will stop the operation on March 29. And from March 30 these buses will be put into operation in line23, line 939 and line 36, which make these three lines become the first normal traffic line in Shanghai to use electric buses in whole line.
    In order to make the good service for the new lines, Sunwin new energy service team restarted the Expo respond system and set up emergency team and maintenance center to provide technology training, emergency repair, maintenance and onsite service and so on. Meanwhile, the team will be equipped with the maintenance vehicle and special tools to ensure the 120 electric buses running with safety and stability.
   Recently, the new energy service team visited the customers and listened to their advices and asked the customers to fill New Energy Bus Customer Satisfaction Survey. In line with the statistics, the customer satisfaction reached 100%. And the team will continue the work method that visiting the customer each Saturday to improve and perfect the new energy bus aftermarket service.

    The internal audit is a requirement for listed corporation. In line with the Internal Audit Guidance for Affiliated Corporation of SAIC, SAIC made the internal audit for Sunwin, through inquiry, inspection, checking, record and relevant examine procedure, SAIC evaluated the effectiveness of company internal control and implementation.
    On April 8, the first internal audit meeting was held in Sunwin with the participants of SAIC Audit leaders, Mr. Zhang Lichun, Mr. Huang Zhen, Mr. Lu Yang, Mr. Lao Zhixing, Mr. Jin Xiaohui and other relevant department managers.

    On March 7, New Zealand Volvo Delegation visited Sunwin, Mr. Rune Lundberg, Mr. Magnus Emegard and relevant personnel from R&D Dept. and Oversea Dept. receipted the guests and introduced the company and products. Meanwhile, Sunwin also accompanied the guests to look around the production lines. After communication, the guests visited Pudong Expo charging station.
