Sunwin Held Firefighting and Emergency Evacuation Exercise![]() Facing with the increasingly serious safety situation in the first half year, so how to improve employees’ ability of extinguishment and escape is an important task for company. So, with the support of safety committee, on July 4, the company organized the employees to participate into the firefighting and emergency evacuation exercise with the aim to enhance employees’ ability on extinguishment and escape. In order to carry out the exercise well, the company made the detailed exercise plan and preparation. Through the exercise, the employees’ ability on extinguishment and escape has been improved. During the exercise conclusion, Mr. Lu Yang made the summary and evaluation for this exercise and he also hoped through the exercise the company could strengthen the establishment of firewall for company’s safety production, and departments shall enforce the communication and coordination to ensure the employees’ lives, health and safety. Sunwin Made Production Onsite Modification Recently, Mr. Xu Zehong and Mr. Yu Zhiyuan called all workshop directors to make the special meeting on modifying the production site which required by MC. The meeting was discussing the detailed modification items and main measures. The meeting conformed the workshop managers was responsible for the production onsite modification in his workshop and manager assistant or workshop labor union chairman conducted the detailed works. And the meeting required the workshop to establish modification team with 2-5 production staff to be responsible for daily works. Meanwhile, the meeting also hoped each workshop make a working plan on assembly quality training in May, and Production Dept. will make certain extra-work reward in according to the training achievement and modification result. Sunwin Took Volvo7700 Hybrid Bus to Participate into Shanghai International Automobile Exhibition![]() The Fifteenth China (Shanghai) International Industry Automobile Exhibition was held in Shanghai with the theme of Innovation & Beautiful Life. As the propeller of advanced technology of environment care bus and the main bus manufacturer in China, Sunwin took the Volvo 7700 hybrid bus to participate into the exhibition with the aim to display the newly developed bus technology to the society. This hybrid bus was a modernized bus with the hybrid technology and equipped with air suspension. The hybrid technology can save the fuel by 30% and reduced the emission of carbon dioxide and pollution respectively by 35% and 50%, which can lessen the PM2.5 index. Meanwhile, when parking in station, the emission was zero. To promote the ideal of public traffic priority and environment care outgoing, the bus was installed with three doors and low floor to further improve citizens’ outgoing condition and enhance the public traffic efficiency. ——From Marketing & Sales Dept.

Sunwin Hybrid Bus Got the Golden Prize of 2013 China Bus Fuel Conservation Competition![]() 2013 the First China Bus Fuel Conservation Competition was finished on May 11. The aim of the competition was to promote new energy bus technology innovation, technology progress and industrialization. So the competition attracted many bus manufacturers. There were 14 new energy bus makers attending the competition and such three main bus models as electric bus, plug in hybrid bus and hybrid bus participated into the competition. Sunwin took the newly develop SWB6127SHEV6 hybrid bus to attend the competition. The competition venue was located in Shenzhen District of Longgang City and was consistent with the actual bus road condition. In line with the competition requirement, the bus shall be made relevant tests as full-load test, speed changes, station stop, path turn, then the bus shall finish 86km competition with the supervision of relevant personnel in roads and in bus, meanwhile, the machine would record various data. After one day competition, Sunwin SWB6127SHEV6 hybrid bus got the only golden prize in hybrid bus team with the fuel-consumption of 0.2307L/person•100km. The weight of the bus after competition was 14.9 ton, and fuel consumption was 13.87L for 85km and electricity consumption was 0.45KWH, so the total fuel consumption was 16.5L/100KM without air-conditioner. The bus use EGR, so it can save the operation cost compared with the bus using SCR. Through the competition, Sunwin fully demonstrated the capability in new energy bus and it proved again that Sunwin continued to make innovation and development to improve the product safety and reliability after World Expo. Lion Corporation Made ISO Quality Audit for Sunwin In May, two experts from Lion (Shanghai) Technology Corporation made the external audit for Sunwin ISO9001:2008 quality system. It took two days for this audit. After the audit, the ISO quality system implementation information for Sunwin is good, but in some items such as suppliers management, production on-site quality control we still need improvement. Mr. Ma Baofu made the speech in the forum the energy saving and emission reduction have become common view in the world. Sunwin Four Coaches Passed Medium Level Evaluation On June 14, Shanghai Traffic Transportation Industry Association organized the medium level coach evaluation meeting in Sunwin. And the experts made the on-site evaluation for four coaches of SWB6860G, SWB6900G, SWB6110CG and SWB6120GA.

Sunwin Made Youth League Compliment Meeting![]() On May 28, Sunwin made the youth league compliment meeting with the participants of Mr. Lu Yang, Mr. Lao Zhixing and other leaders from departments and workshops as well as outstanding youth representatives and all league members. Mr. Dou Baohua, Secretary of Youth League Committee, made the work report to the meeting.
