Sunwin Held the First Leadership Training Back List >August 2015![]() According to the manager and director training plan formulated by HR dept. at the beginning of year, and with the theme of military training to boost spirit and cohesiveness, diversity training to open up mind and improve leadership, on April 18, the company held the first leadership training as rainbow class.
Mr. Li Yaojiang, director of HR Dept., presided the opening ceremony of the training, Mr. Gui Longming, Mr. Lao Zhixing, Mr. Jiang Weidong and Mr. Kan Weifeng attended the ceremony. There were totally 25 members from departments attending this training. Mr. Li Yaojiang firstly introduced the training schedule; the training would have four steps with the spirit of solidarity, cooperation, fighting and innovation running through the whole training. The diversity training included the military training, inspirational film comment, reading feeling sharing and teacher lecture. The training focused on company culture and development strategy with the result oriented and key target attention, through members’ self-study, training, thought to achieve the target of self-management, decomposition and implementation and team cooperation.
With two little stories, Mr. Lao Zhixing showed importance of the training to the members. Mr. Gui Longming stressed the training should be a normal activity for company, and all leaders and director should attend the training constantly. And in this training, we established the team with managers and directors from different departments so as to make them create new ideas, and through this training, we hope the departments could cooperate more closely in future. The leaders shall not only manage themselves but also cultivate subordinates. Mr. Gui hoped members make thought during the training to have a new acknowledge of the company. And everyone shall seek for changes and innovation.
After the ceremony, the members stared their first course. Following, the second and third training will be held.
