In order to integrate the company internal resource, provide support to company achieving the strategic targets in each step and period, promote and set up process management and perfection to achieve the target to evaluate, copy and promote processes in production basements. From the end of last year, the company reviewed the process perfection to promote the task step by step. At present, the company issued the company meeting management regulation and set up five commissions as product commission, sales commission, purchase commission, production commission and safety commission as well as relevant commission management regulation and meeting regulation. Meanwhile, the company has drafted 29 main processes and 107 sub-processes and has finished the preliminary audit for these regulations and processes. After getting the final approval from company, the relevant department will issue these regulations and process officially for implementation.
