Sunwin New Energy Bus Enter into Expo Zone With the continuous efforts in recent months, there were 70 electric city buses and 8 super capacitor city buses entering into the parking station in Expo Zone. In the end of March, there will be 120 electric city buses and 36 super capacitor buses entering into the Expo Zone. In order to make the good test of electric city buses and charging station, Sunwin has assigned new energy project members and relevant technology personnel of R&D Dept. and Production Dept. to assist and accelerate the development of the test in Expo zone. Leaders of Transport & Harbor Bureau Inspect Expo New Energy Vehicle On the morning of March 9, accompanied by Mr. Xiao Guopu, vice president of SAIC Motor, Mrs, Li Peizhen, Mr. Gu Qing, director of SAIC Commercial Vehicle Business Department and Mr. Zhang Lichun, Mr. Zhou Huai, vice director of Shanghai Transport together with Mr. Qian Wei, vice director of Expo Transport Department, Mr. Yan Shaowei, vice director of Science & Technology Section of Transport & Harbor Bureau, Mr. Zhang Biwei, deputy general manager of Bashi Group went to Sunwin to visit the Expo New Energy vehicles. Sunwin President Visited Electric City Bus Charging Station in Expo Zone Considering Expo electric city buses, charging stations and facing with the current situation that the construction of two parking station in Expo zone is still on-going, on March 12, Mr. Xiao Guopu, president of Sunwin visited the charging station to know the progress of test of electric city bus and the main difficulties in construction and test and coordinate the construction unit and SAIC Commercial Vehicle Business Department, Sunwin and charging station suppliers to accelerate the construction to ensure the test can be completed before the end of March so that the Bashi can make the demonstration running in the Expo Zone. ——From Marketing & Sales Dept.

Sunwin Board Meeting On March 18th, the fifth Board Meeting of the third session of Shanghai Sunwin Bus Corporation was held in Shanghai. Spend Spring Festival in Shanghai for Expo Bus Production In order to ensure the punctual delivery of the Expo buses, the company mobilized the employees and labor service personnel to continue work during the Spring Festival to take full advantage of the time to manufacture Expo buses. Considering the labor service personnel had to spend the Spring Festival in Shanghai alone, Sunwin Trade Union together with Labor Company made a unique New Year’s lunch for these labor service personnel and their families. On Feb. 13, the New Year Eve, there were nearly 300 labor personnel and their families as well as Sunwin representatives gathering in Sunwin. Mr. Lao Zhixing, chairman of Sunwin Trade Union, together with relevant managers attended the activity and expressed thanks for labor’s hard working. And the labor personnel also showed they were proud to make Expo buses and they would make great efforts to produce the Expo buses to make contribution for Shanghai Expo. During the lunch, leaders of Labor Company and Sunwin also arranged the lottery and other recreational activities to make these labor personnel and their families to feel the warmth provided by Sunwin, enthusiasm given by Shanghai citizens and concerns from company’s leaders. Sunwin Presented Thanks Banner to Xinzhuang Custom On Feb. 11, Mr. Lennart together with Mr. Lu Yuliang, Mr. Min Xufeng and Mr. Mao Weimin presented a banner to Xinzhuang Custom to express thanks for their support and help. Especially in 2010, after Sunwin got the Expo bus orders, Xinzhuang Custom provided Sunwin great support in rapid and convenient customs clearance. Experts Evaluate Sunwin New Energy Bus On Feb. 5, Shanghai New Energy Bus Evaluation experts came to Sunwin to make evaluation for Sunwin electric city bus, hybrid city bus and super-capacitor city bus.
After evaluating these three buses, the experts affirmed the devotion and improvement Sunwin made in the development of new energy bus and hoped Sunwin could continue to perfect and enhance the products. Mr. Kan Weifeng made the detailed introduction on the development and technology of the new energy buses. Sunwin 2010 Operators’ Annual Meeting On the afternoon of Jan. 24, Sunwin held 2010 Operators’ Annual Meeting with the participants of MC, departments’ managers and directors. Mr. Lu Yuliang presided the meeting.
At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Zhang Lichun concluded company’s operation in 2009 and put forward the work plan in 2010 and he also stressed three key tasks for Sunwin in 2010 would be the punctual delivery of Expo buses and Expo new energy bus and reliable and safe operation of delivered buses. In the meeting, the department managers summarized the works in 2010 and reported the work arrangement in 2010 respectively. Mr. Don Yu highlighted 5-year development plan; Subsequently, Mr. Huang Zhen and Mr. Lennart also made the speech. In the tense and active atmosphere, the meeting was conclusion successful.
