On Oct. 18, 2011, the experts from Safety Supervision Center of SAIC and Safety Dept. of SAIC Motor made the overall inspection on 2011 safety production, safety production standardization task and safety production team establishment.
All the members of safety committee and the personnel involved in the safety production standardization task attended the deliberation meeting. Mr. Chu Lingen presided the meeting. And Mr. Lu Yang made the speech in the conclusion meeting and required the company continue to make the safety production, carry out the safety production responsible system and eliminate the hidden troubles in production.
    After the inspection, Sunwin got 84.5 scores in safety production task, 939.3 scores in 2011 safety production standardization task and 74 scores in safety production team establishment.

     Organized by Shanghai Transport and Port Authority and Shanghai Public Transport Association, the final match of “Sunwin Cup” Bus Saving Energy & Decreasing Emission Skill competition was held on August 19. Sunwin provided two 10.5m city buses equipped with Shanghai diesel engine and Volvo engine for the matech.
     Mr. Zhou Hai, director of Shanghai Transport and Port Authority, took as a leader of leading team and invited Mr. Liu Min, chairman of Labor Union of Shanghai Transport, Mr. Liu Bin, deputy director of Safety Supervision Sector of Shanghai Transport and Port Authority, Mr. Jiang Peishun, secretary-general of Shanghai Public Transport Association and Mr. Zhang Lichun, general manager of Sunwin to take vice leaders of leading team. Through the evaluation of oil saving data,riding time, drive skill and driver operation regulation, the leading team selected 20 drivers to participate the final match. Finally, the driver from Bashi No.5 got the first prize, driver from Bashi. No.3 got the second prizedand driver from Pudong Bashi got the third prize. Meanwhile, the leading team also recommended three excellent drivers to participate the national saving oil star competition. Through the competition, the drivers further understood the performance of Sunwin city buses. After the match, some drivers expressed the Sunwin bus could provide lower fuel consumption. In line with the data, compared with other buses, the fuel consumption of Sunwin buses decreased 5%-10%. And the public transport hoped more environmental care buses with low fuel-consumption, few maintenance and high operation rate can be used in Shanghai. And Sunwin will also make our best to respond the call of saving-energy and reducing emission.

    Took the opportunity of this exhibition, Sunwin not only made the exchanges with the experts and enterprises’ representatives on energy saving, new energy policy, new energy development tendency and strategies but made a solid foundation for the development of new energy buses and markets expansion.

    The coach grade classification has played an important role in improving coach technology and enhancing transport service. Recently, with the efforts of relevant department, our six coaches passed the grade evaluation conducted by transport bureau. SWB6120Gcoach, SWB6110Gcoach, SWB6110Gcoach and SWB6860coach were evaluated as intermediate grade, and SWB6120coach and SWB6110coach were evaluated as high grade coaches.
    The coach will be the key product for Sunwin. With the support of each department, we got the good achievement. And we will continue our efforts to develop good products to meet the demand of market.

    On July 18, Sunwin passed the evaluation on clean production conducted by Shanghai Environment Protection Bureau.
    In April 2010, State Environment Protection Bureau issued the notice on Deepen the Clean Production in Main Enterprises and published the classification catalogue of key enterprises to conduct clean production. And Sunwin, as a bus manufacturer, was included in the audit list of Shanghai key enterprise to implement clean production in 2010.
    So, Sunwin established a clean production audit team with the leader of general manager and made the work plan to implement the clean production requirement. With the support of relevant personnel, the clean work plan was carried out all around and got good achievement.
    In line with the content of Revaluation Report of Sunwin Clean Production issued by Shanghai Environment Science Research Institute, we can find through the clean production Sunwin got the good environmental and social benefit. Meanwhile, Sunwin not only realized the target of saving energy, reducing environment risk and production cost but increased the safety on bus performance.

    On July, 28, Shanghai Commerce Commission and Shanghai Foreign Investment Enterprise Association   jointly held a foreign investment enterprise symposium with the topic of Responsibility and Innovation and 2010 Double Excellent Enterprise Commendation Meeting. The meeting issued the foreign investment enterprises who ranked the top 100 in Shanghai in the aspects of turnovers and taxes in 2010 and praised the enterprises making contribution in importing & exporting and duty.
    Mr. Liu Jinping, director of Shanghai Foreign Investment Enterprise Association presided the meeting, Mr. Sha Hailin, vice- secretary-general of municipal government and director of Shanghai Commerce Commission made the speech. Mr. Ai Baojun, vice mayor attended the meeting and award the prize.
With millions of import and export value and profit tax, Sunwin got the honor of Double Excellent Enterprise in 2010. (Excellent enterprise in import and export, excellent enterprise in profit tax.)
    During the meeting, RT-Mart, GM and BASF made the exchanges on how to establish Harmonious labor relationship, develop green industry chain and assist disabled person.

    From July 20 to July 22, the Second Cens Cup New Energy Bus Competition was held in Kunming with .25 buses from 19 manufactures attending the competition. With the characteristics of wide range of participants, remarkable representativenessand great powerful, the competition was standing for the highest technology level in the field of new energy bus.
    The new energy bus conducted the operation line test and road operation test. And the saving fuel data resulted from the test will become the bidding requirement in the areas of Kunming, Hangzhou, Tianjing, Jinan and Ningbo. Sunwin SWB6117HE electric bus and Volvo 7700 hybrid bus attended the competition. And SWB6117HE bus got the Elite award and Volvo 7700 hybrid got the Special prize. And Sunwin was awarded as Best Bus Demonstration Manufacturer.
    The organizer will make the medal presentation meeting in September and the third competition will be held in Hangzhou next year.

    On July 18, Shanghai Environment Protection Bureau trusted Shanghai Clean Production Center to make the clean production evaluation and acceptance. The relevant leaders of Minhang Environment Protection Bureau, and environmental care experts as well as industry experts attended the meeting. With the cooperation of relevant departments and personnel, after the comprehensive evaluation, the experts agreed Sunwin pass the evaluation and acceptance.

    Sunwin Cup Saving-energy skill competition will be held on August 18.This competition was organized jointly by Shanghai Transport and Port Authority, Shanghai Municipal Transport Labor Union and Shanghai Public Transport Association. And the competition will be a respond to the requirement of implementing scientific outlook on development and building green environment.     Through the competition, the organizers hope the drivers can establish the ideal of saving energy and can compete each other in this activity, and the corporation can strengthen the management and reduce the cost and continue saving energy and reducing emission after the competition.  Since the establishment, Sunwin takes on social responsibility and is bound up in welfare task and environmental-protection task. Last year, Sunwin new energy buses served Expo and got good reputation.
