Leaders from the Shanghai Municipal Road Transport Administrative Bureau Pay a Research Visit to SUNWIN Back List >May 2023

    On the afternoon of May 17, Deputy Director Cai Jingyan of the Shanghai Municipal Road Transport Administrative Bureau, led a delegation, including leaders from the Bureau's Passenger Transport Division, Road Transport Center, Jiushi Public Transport, and Urban Traffic Design Institute, to conduct a research visit to SUNWIN. Zhu Jiankang, Party Secretary and General Manager of SUNWIN, along with representatives from the Sales Department, Technical Center, and General Office, attended the reception.

    The leadership from the Bureau visited SUNWIN's Technical Center, specifically the Low Voltage Electrical Technician Workshop, where they examined demonstration vehicles such as hybrid buses, 9-meter electric buses, fuel cell vehicles, and electric commuter cars parked in the prototype workshop. Subsequently, they toured the the studio of Technician Xu Dong in the paint workshop.

    After the on-site tour, SUNWIN presented the company's general situation, highlighting the planning of small and medium-sized buses and the intelligent planning of vehicles. Following the presentation, representatives from the Passenger Transport Division, Road Transport Center, Jiushi Public Transport, and Urban Traffic Design Institute provided opinions and suggestions on the plan for small and medium-sized buses. At the end of the meeting, the leaders of the Bureau acknowledged SUNWIN's contributions to Shanghai's public transportation and recognized the company's progress in product quality and services in recent years. Regarding the plan for small and medium-sized buses, they underscored that new models must reflect the character of Shanghai as a mega-city, while also offering concrete opinions and suggestions on vehicle selection, exterior design, vehicle configuration, and standard improvement, among others. The leadership expressed the hope that SUNWIN, in response to the suggestions raised during the meeting, would expedite research on the plan for small and medium-sized buses and continuously roll out products that meet the future needs of Shanghai's public transportation.
