They fully served as a powerful Party Branch, as leading Party cadres, and as exemplary Party members that provided most considerate and highest quality services for bus customers and passengers.

Careful Planning and Full Preparations

  1. From August 2021 (making arrangements): Several special meetings were held in the company; a leading group and related support teams were set up for the CIIE task; a service strategy that put prevention in the first place, highlighted priorities, adopted scientific and effective methods, and maintained collaboration was adopted to guarantee that all was done to serve the CIIE; various tasks such as allocation of human resources and purchase of spare parts were rolled out gradually.
  2. From September 15 to October 25 (making preparations): A service plan was made according to the needs of bus customers, and a service team was created. During this period, SUNWIN’s technical engineers appointed for the CIIE completed the training of employees engaged in the task at Jiushi Public Transportation. According to the bus travel plan, a “tailor-made” list of spare parts was developed to keep sufficient inventory.

  3. From October 25 to November 4 (conducting a drill): Together with customers, we completed an emergency service drill, tested the validity of the plan, identifies risks beforehand, and make improvements.
  4. From November 5 to November 10 (providing services): Multiple service teams were deployed in a number of sites but under unified command, and those deployed in the core areas of the Expo Park and bus parking lots strictly checked the buses “before every trip” and “every day”, during which they inspected in detail key components and assemblies, such as instrumentation, lighting, electrical elements, and the EIC system. They also acted in linkage with customers to share information and practically promoted various tasks for the CIIE.

Orderly Organization and Conscientiousness

  1. In order to provide buses successfully for the CIIE, SUNWIN organized the manpower carefully. Before the CIIE approached, the support teams kept standby in advance and additional personnel was dispatched to the designated sites on Shenkun Road, Caobao Road, Shuangliu Road and Guojiang Road, where they conducted safety checks on the shuttle buses to be used for the CIIE according to the service requirements, discovering problems beforehand and dealing with them immediately.
  2. During the CIIE, SUNWIN dispatched 66 of its employees to serve at the venue and various bus stations. In addition, 4 support teams (22 members in total) remained at their posts of emergency response, technical support, remote monitoring, and spare parts supply.

  3. s China was hit by the rebound of COVID-19 during the CIIE, in order to ensure epidemic prevention and safety, the leading group put forward an epidemic prevention document based on the epidemic prevention requirements of Jiushi Public Transportation and SUNWIN. All service personnel was required to sign an Epidemic Prevention Commitment. Anti-epidemic materials were prepared and an anti-epidemic support team was created to ensure safety for all.

Active Cooperation and Preemptive Prevention

In order to cooperate with Jiushi Public Transportation in realizing the “Five Zeros” goal, SUNWIN’s leading group for the CIIE actively cooperated with it in checking the buses “every day” and “before every trip”, which helped them discover problems beforehand and troubleshoot faults that might affect the operation of the buses.

  1. Preparatory stage for providing bus services: In order to realize the the “Five Zeros” goal for the CIIE, the leading group took preventive measures against the key risk points of the buses and analyzed and processed the bus usage/maintenance data on the remote monitoring platform. For the buses within the service scope, technical improvements and other technical work were arranged and done in advance.
  2. During the CIIE, the support team checked 168 buses “before every trip” and “every day” with high standards. More than 1,200 pieces of spare parts in 195 categories were prepared as inventory.

  3. On the third day of serving the CIIE (November 7), there was a cold spell, along with sharp temperature drop, in Shanghai. The support teams responded immediately and inspected the air circuits, air conditioners, defrosters, and tires of the buses in detail to eliminate the risk of potential failures caused by the cold spell.

  4. A number of SUNWIN vehicles were also running around the Expo Park. In order to ensure better services of the surrounding public transportation vehicles for the CIIE and following the unified arrangement of Jiushi Public Transportation, the leading group arranged a 7-person service team at the Hongqiao hub. Under the unified command of the leading group, this team worked hard all along with the line to provide all-round and nanny-style services and ensure the normal operation of every bus in the area.

SUNWIN has successfully completed the task at the 4th CIIE in 2021. It will fully summarize the service experience into a work plan for future bus service tasks that will be carried out in a more standardized, meticulous and professional way. SUNWIN will continue to strengthen deep cooperation with bus customers, keep extending the business chain, and provide users with package solutions that incorporate bus products and travel services.
