On March 3, CSR Zhuzhou and Huanghai Bus an affiliated corporation of SG Automotive Group signed the cooperation framework agreement of New Energy Bus to establish a new enterprise and set up a largest new energy bus industrialization base in China. After the establishment, based on the current electric vehicle industrialization of CSR, the new corporation will realize the motor drive systems per year in two years. Meanwhile, Huanghai will introduce the technology of pickup truck and bus axles into the new corporation.

This cooperation will not only push the simultaneous development of traditional bus and new energy bus but establish the new energy bus production base with the most powerful comprehensive competitive in China. And the new corporation will try best to be the leader in new energy bus field.
