Sunwin Made 2012 Shanghai Aftermarket Agents Exchange Meeting Back List >May 2012


    On March 20, Aftermarket Dept. made the 2012 exchange meeting for aftermarket agents in Shanghai. The meeting issued 2011 Customer Satisfaction Survey Report, 2011 Agents Evaluation Result and 2012 Main Task and Market Report. Mr. Lu Yang, Mrs. Jin Xinlan and Mr. Wu Jian issued the certificates to top three excellent agents.
    Till now, Sunwin has established totally 30 aftermarket agents in Shanghai. And the package service mode Sunwin adopted was in a leading position in national public traffic field. Since 2004, Sunwin made the evaluation system to the aftermarket agents every year, which gradually improve and perfect Sunwin aftermarket service including agents’ development, service, parts, warranty and training. The customer satisfaction index increased year by year and achieved a history high level in 2011.Through the evaluation and cultivation these year, dozens of excellent aftermarket agents were established. The exchange meeting not only strengthen the cooperation with agents, but also provide a platform for agents to make exchanges and studies, these all play an active role for Sunwin to enhance the brand and aftermarket system.
