In order to implement the requirement issued by the onsite special meeting in workshops, production dept. coordinated relevant departments to carry out series measures including 5S management and team establishment. Meanwhile, production dept. will make redefinition of the visual management and take the example of general assemble workshop. And production department will rebuild the water meter and electricity meter for independent accounting of the workshops in future.
