On July 9, in order to protect the typhoon attack and reduce the negative affect, the safety section of HR Dept. made the special meeting to arrange the preparation task to all departments and workshops and required all the workshops and departments to close the windows in the rooms and buses, cut off the power, lower the height of material storage, forbid the outdoor climbing work. After the work in that day, the safety section required all the departments and workshops to make the self-check, meanwhile, the safety section and equipment section also arrange the special personnel on duty. Although the typhoon was far from Shanghai, the protection task was an important part in safety task.
