Sunwin fourth leadership training held a graduation ceremony on Sep. 24.
The whole process of the training is centered on the mentality, the standard, the sublimation, the practice, and the summary which be proposed by Mr. Li Yaojiang at the opening ceremony. The whole training is divided into seven stages, including military development, internal training, external training, face to face with the leadership, industry visits, action learning practice and summary report, etc.
At the graduation ceremony, students and group representatives did the graduation report, Mr. Yuan Guoxin, Mr. Jin Gang, Mr. Jiang Weidong and other judges graded students’ report, and selected outstanding students 3, excellent team 1. After the awards ceremony, leaders made a speaking, Mr. Yuan Guoxin confirmed students’ performance from the beginning of the military training to report summary, and put forward the requirements and hope for students work and study in the future.
During process of fourth leadership training, each student show a positive, interactive communication, teamwork spirit, and new generation Sunwin's style.
